Blue Devil Evening Clinic

The Blue Devil Evening Clinic is being offered to players grades 3-8 of all skill levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend. All campers will receive individual instruction from the Duke Lacrosse staff on game fundamentals. Sessions will include drill work, games, and team competition.


The Clinic is conducted by the Duke Men’s Lacrosse Staff: Head Coach John Danowski, Assistant Coach Ron Caputo, and Assistant Coach Matt Danowski as well as current and former Duke Lacrosse players.

Elite 160 Clinic

Date: October 19 - 20, 2019

Time: Saturday 5 - 8pm AND Sunday; 8am - 12pm

The Seventh Annual Duke 160 Clinic will take place at Duke University on Saturday, October 19th from 5 – 8pm AND Sunday October 20th from 8am – 12pm. Please note this is a commuter camp only, no overnight accommodations will be provided by Duke Lacrosse. Recommended hotels are listed on the Travel Info tab to the left. Campers will be assigned a team at check in on Saturday. The first session on Saturday will be a collegiate style practice run by a Division I coach. On Sunday, each camper will participate in 2 forty minute games. All campers will receive instruction from current Division I coaches throughout the day. Spots are limited by position.
● When teams are not playing in games, they will participate in enrichment sessions with the Duke Strength and Conditioning coach, the Duke Sports Psychologist, and the Duke Sports Nutritionist.
● Registration is open to any and all boys lacrosse players graduating High School in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Check In:
The headquarters for the Duke Elite 160 camp will be at the entrance of the Cohan Family fields located on Basset Drive, Duke’s West Campus. Check in will begin on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and run until 5:00 p.m. We will make sure that we have our staff on hand to direct you once you arrive on campus. All medical information is submitted during online registration, so no paperwork is needed the day of the camp.
Parking:
All campers and parents that are driving to camp will be directed to park at the Science Drive Parking Garage located on the corner of 751 and Science Drive or the Green Lot located off of 751.

Cancellation Policy
50% of your clinic payment is non-refundable for any reason.
If injuries, sickness or circumstances make it impossible for you to attend our camp, we must be notified by October 1, 2019 in order for you to be eligible for a partial refund.
If injuries, sickness or circumstances do not permit you to cancel prior to October 1, 2019, we will apply your entire fee towards a future camp and you will not be eligible for a partial refund.
Balances and deposits are transferable to siblings or family members ONLY!

Refund Policy
After the staff has been notified of your cancellation and it has been determined (based on the cancellation policy) that you are eligible for a refund or rollover, a formal refund/rollover requests must be made in writing (email or fax) by no later than December 1st, 2019 in order
for the refund to be issued. Any requests submitted after that date will not be accepted and you will forfeit your tuition.
If you do not, or cannot, attend a future camp, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Refunds will not be addressed or sent out until after December 1st, 2019.

Snowflake 7v7 Clinic

Date: Saturday, December 7, 2019
Location: Duke University West Campus

Snowflake is the perfect opportunity to wind down from the fall season and reward your players with a fun day of 7v7 competition. Games will be 7 v 7 format (2 attackmen, 2 middies, 2 defensemen, 1 goalie), and play is limited to 4 on 4 on each end. All penalties result in a 3v2 fast break, and the goalie puts the ball immediately back into play after each goal scored. No long poles are allowed and it is a strict no hitting tournament.


Morning Divisions:
U11 (3rd & 4th grade), U13 (5th & 6th Grade), Middle School (7th & 8th Grade) (Summer 2019 age groups)

Afternoon Divisions:
JV Division (9th & 10th)
Varsity (11th & 12th)

Suggested Team Size: 12-15 Players
All teams will play 3 40-min games
No Long-Sticks Permitted

Snowflake is hosted by the Duke Lacrosse Coaching Staff: Head Coach John Danowski and Assistant Coaches Ron Caputo, Matt Danowski & Ned Crotty. Current Duke Players will also be in attendance.
